At CKH Global Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

2. Eligibility for Returns

- Items in original, unused condition
- Items with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items that have not been assembled (unless defective)
- Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours)
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been assembled (unless defective)
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by customer
- Items without original packaging
- Mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after 30 days
3. Return Process

Email us at [email protected] or call +1 727-630-5747 to initiate a return. Please have your order number ready.
Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2-3 business days.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Tip for Exchanges
To avoid waiting for your refund before ordering a replacement, you can place a new order immediately. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return.
6. Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Amount: Full purchase price will be refunded for eligible returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Take clear photos of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
- Contact us with your order number and photos
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
8. Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item following our standard return policy.
9. Warranty Information
All CKH Global Furniture products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural failures under normal use
- Hardware and mechanism malfunctions
Warranty Does Not Cover
- • Normal wear and tear
- • Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence
- • Damage from improper assembly
- • Commercial use (unless specified)
- • Natural variations in wood grain or fabric
