2. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships with tracking information.
Business Days: Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Delivery Information
3.1 Standard Delivery
- Delivery to your doorstep or building entrance
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- Delivery to ground floor only for apartment buildings
- Customer responsible for moving items inside
3.2 White Glove Delivery
- Delivery to room of choice
- Professional assembly included
- Packaging removal and disposal
- Scheduled delivery appointment

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number(s)
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your shipment online
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please Note
- • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for furniture items
- • Some remote areas may incur additional shipping charges
- • Certain oversized items may have shipping restrictions
- • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes
6. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before accepting.
Reporting Issues: Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damage (if applicable)
8. Delivery Attempts
Our carriers will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed:
- The package may be held at a local facility for pickup
- You may need to reschedule delivery
- After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
- Return shipping costs may apply for returned packages
